Our projects include commercial buildings, skyscraper hotels, multi-family residential buildings, prestigious universities, state-of-the-art educational and healthcare facilities, luxury residences, and premier recreation establishments. Moreover, we have the privilege of providing our engineering services for landmark sites and historically significant buildings.

Founded in 2013, the firm is led by partners representing nearly 50 years of combined industry experience. VGCOM is proud of its extensive expertise and innovative approach in the field of sustainable design and is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Our engineers are licensed professional engineer in NY, NJ, PA, & CT, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), and DBIA. VGCOM is a Certified Building Commissioning Firm (CBCF) affiliated with AEE. The firm is a certified Small Business Entity (SBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)  in NJ, and an MBE in New York State, New York City, Nassau County, and DASNY.

VGCOM is an approved Technical Consultant providing valuable assistance to clients interested in reducing energy use and accessing incentives in New York.
