Project Services: VGCOM was retained to perform an ASHRAE Level II energy audit and retro- commissioning for the commercial office building located at 66 Charlton Street, Manhattan, New York. VGCOM surveyed the entire base building systems to identify energy conservation and retro-commissioning measures, while satisfying the requirements of New York City Local Law 87.

- Building description including building envelope
- Multiple Site Walk-Through & Interviewing Building Engineer
- Description of heating/cooling and DHW equipment
- Billing analysis
- Perform ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit and Retro-Commissioning
- Proposed ECM with payback analysis
- Health and safety measures, if any.
- Submission with NYC DOB before the due date
